STD/STI Testing and Treatment

We provide confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) for both women and men. We do all of our routine screening through blood and urine, so no need to worry about a penile or cervical swab. Tests are done in our centers, and results are usually available within 1-2 weeks. Our STI tests include:

Keep in mind, STIs may or may not have symptoms; however, many do and may need to be tested or treated as soon as possible to be properly diagnosed and/or to minimize damage. If you are having any of the following symptoms, call to make an appointment immediately:

  • Unpleasant odor
  • Bump, lesion or painful sore
  • Different colored discharge
  • Abdominal pain
  • Bleeding or spotting between periods or after intercourse
  • Painful urination
  • Discharge from the penis
  • Swollen or tender testicle

Even without symptoms, It is imperative to be routinely tested, as at least 75% of people with an STI show no symptoms. Leaving certain STIs untreated can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) in women, as well as infertility and an increased chance of ectopic pregnancy. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently released a study showing that more than 3.2 million teen girls (1 in 4) has at least one STI—and chances only increases as you get older. The CDC recommends all women aged 25 and younger be tested for Chlamydia at least once per year.

Don’t wait; call today for a routine screening appointment, and put your mind at ease.
