I’m on the pill so we don’t need condoms.

H.O.P.E

Do you need birth control, but don't yet feel comfortable with a full gynecological exam? If so, a H.O.P.E., or hormones with optional pelvic exam visit is the best option for you. The H.O.P.E. visit allows young women to receive information about birth control options without a pelvic exam or Pap test, and they can even leave our center that same day with the method of their choice. However, we do recommend that all women who have been sexually active for at least three years or are at least 21 years old receive an annual Pap test.

Birth control methods for women to choose from include pills,
NuvaRing, Depo Provera, I.U.D.s, and Implanon, as well as
free condoms.
