Family Planning
At PPSEV, we believe all people should have the ability to control the timing and spacing of their families. Therefore, we offer the full range of family planning services, including all forms of birth control methods. These methods include pills, the NuvaRing, the Depo Provera shot, I.U.D.s, Implanon and Essure, a permanent sterilization procedure. For patients who have experienced a contraceptive failure, we sell emergency contraception (EC) at a very affordable price--and it's a walk-in service for anyone 17 and older. We also provide free condoms to our patients, which not only can prevent pregnancy, they also help to prevent
sexually transmitted infections.
Prescriptions and information on other forms of birth control are
alsoavailable, including the patch, the diaphragm, the sponge and spermicide.
We also do pregnancy testing, and all-options counseling. If you are pregnant, you have three choices with us; you can enroll in our affordable prenatal care program, we can refer you to an adoption agency in the area, or you can have a first-trimester abortion.
